Fees & Insurance

Our practice does not participate directly with insurance plans. Payment is due at the time of the service. Detailed documentation can be provided for patients who wish to pursue out-of-network reimbursement.

Concierge service fees include longer appointment times, limited patient panel, direct physician access (with defined boundaries), and priority scheduling. Because concierge care is highly individualized, fees vary based on the nature and scope of services provided.
